This healthy meal can be served inside of crisp butter lettuce leaves, on top of tangy apple slices, large fresh cucumber slices.

Chicken salads with grapes and celery is a great meal, we all should eat this once a week.

Ingredients for 4 servings.

2 cups shredded chicken breast.

1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt.

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup celery ribs, slice thin.

1 cup green or purple grapes, halved.

1/4 cup sliced almonds

A pinch of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.


In a large bowl, gently combine all the ingredients.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Serve in a lettuce wrap or on top of a toasted slice.
