Peanut butter honey walnut banana bread.
This banana bread doesn’t take much time, just bake them Tat 300F until they are brown (about 30 minutes).
This loaf is irresistibly soft, fluffy and moist.
2 large bananas
1/4 unrefined coconut oil
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (almond, cashew butter also works great).
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond flour.
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Preheat your oven to 350F, grease an 8” loaf pan (line with a parchment paper optional).
In a small bowl, combine coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, whisk until well combined (set aside).
In another bowl, whisk in your coconut oil and peanut butter and heat in a microwave ( approximately 1 minute). Add mashed bananas, honey, vanilla extract and eggs.
Mix very well until well combined, add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
Pour batter into your prepared baking pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow cooling for a few minutes, slice the bread.
