Another key ingredient in this recipe is lemon juice, we all know that lemons are rich in vitamin C, which support our immune system, to fight and prevent disease.

Lemon also has tons of antioxidants in it that help our organism expel any unwanted guests, such as parasites, toxins and bacteria.

Honey is another important ingredient in this recipe. It serves as a sweetener, ad it also helps by increasing our organism’s ability to absorb nutrients.

Honey also slows down the ageing process of our cells, due to the high antioxidant presence. Make sure you buy organic raw honey.

Preparation of lemon and chia water.

1 tbsp of chia seeds.

1 tbsp of honey or pure maple syrup.

1 freshly squeezed lemon juice.

300ml filtered water.

Add 100ml water to a large cup and add the chia seeds to it, allow it to soak in the water for 1 hour until the gelatinous mass forms on its own.

Add the rest of the water, as well as the lemon juice to the mix. Mix with a spatula for a minute, until the ingredients are well-incorporated, then add honey for sweetness.

Consume a cup of this drink first thing every morning, on an empty stomach.
