Garlic And Gruyere Roasted Brussels Sprouts.

Brussels sprouts are very healthy and delicious meal if makes well.

Your Thanksgiving table won’t be complete without this recipe, make sure you add it to your list for family to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS.

1 lb Brussels sprouts, cut in half lengthwise.

1.5 tbsp olive or avocado oil.

1 tbsp butter or ghee

4 fresh garlic cloves.

Sea salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup gruyere cheese (shredded).

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

INSTRUCTIONS.

Lightly grease a baking sheet.

In a mixing bowl, whisk in your Brussels sprouts and season with sea salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat until hot, add brussels sprouts with the cut side down.

Cook until slightly crispy and caramelized (about 6-8 minutes), add butter and garlic to the pan and stir through sprout.

Saute for 30 seconds and transfer to your prepared baking sheet, in a single layer and top with cheese.

Broil until cheese is melty and bubbly (about 4-5 minutes).

Serve and enjoy
