Anti-inflammatory weight loss smoothie.

Systemic inflammation is more common than we might think, it’s a bodily response to stress and poor diet.

While some inflammation is a natural part of the immune system’s function, chronic inflammation can happen when we never give the body a chance to recover.

Chronic inflammation leads to both weight gain and chronic illness, and it can be very difficult to lose weight. Unless we begin consuming a mostly alkaline rather than a mostly acidic diet.

INGREDIENTS.

1 cup spinach.

1 apple

5 ribs celery

1 large cucumber.

2 medium avocados

2 tbsp coconut oil.

Juice from 1 lime.

PREPARATION.

Blend everything together for 1 minute, until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy.
