Chronic inflammation leads to both weight gain and chronic illness, and it can be very difficult to lose weight. Unless we begin consuming a mostly alkaline rather than a mostly acidic diet.
1 cup spinach.
5 ribs celery
1 large cucumber.
2 medium avocados
2 tbsp coconut oil.
Juice from 1 lime.
Blend everything together for 1 minute, until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy.
